Important: Due to product integrity and contamination risks, opened, used, reconstituted, or improperly stored products are not eligible for return or replacement.
1) Returns & Eligibility
Physical returns are generally not accepted. However, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund if a verified issue occurs.
Eligible cases include:
Incorrect product received.
Incorrect quantity supplied.
Product damaged during transit (with photographic evidence).
Confirmed lost parcels by the courier.
2) Non-Eligible Cases
We cannot accept claims for:

Products that have been reconstituted.
Improper storage after delivery.

3) Reporting Timeframe

48 hours for damaged or incorrect items.
72 hours for missing items.
As soon as possible for courier delays or lost parcels.
4) Refund Processing
